What you buy

The Price of Work EU country report: digital files, downloaded from this site straight after payment. Price €29, one-time, shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Delivery

After payment you return to a download page. Its links work for 15 minutes each, and reloading the page gives fresh links for 30 days. If anything fails, email [email protected] with your receipt number and we will send the files.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when supply starts, if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). You give that consent at checkout.

If something is wrong

If the files do not download or are materially not as described, email us within 14 days. We will fix it or refund you in full. Bought the wrong country? Tell us within 14 days and we will swap it for free. Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

Licence

For use inside one organisation, including its advisers working on its reports. Do not resell or publish the files.

Not advice

Price of Work EU gives information and tools, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check your obligations with a qualified adviser. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law

Latvian law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the law of the country where they live. Consumers in Latvia can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv).
